7 Great AirBNB Rentals in Berlin

With the WSOP kicking off in Berlin today, we figured it's probably a pretty good time to peruse current AirBNB listings and find awesome rental places for you and your friends to stay. Some are cheap and some are, well, not cheap. But all of them look pretty cool, and all are available right now.

Storage Apartment Urban

Price: $589/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Property type: Apartment
Accommodates: 14
Bedrooms: 5

If you're a modern traveler, this apartment is great, because it's actually more of a loft. It's all concrete and exposed pipe and it's huge, with 5 bedrooms and enough space to accomdoate 14 people. You can rent just one room, or get together with a group of friends and rent out the whole place.

This place was built in 1913 and started out as a printing factory. Today's, it's a gorgeous spot located directly in the heart of the Kreuzkölln district, one of Berlin's coolest hotspots.

Industrial Riverside House

Price: $693/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Property type: Apartment
Accommodates: 14
Bedrooms: 5

This famous house is 4 stories high, with a coffee shop occupying the ground floor. Yes, you can drink coffee there, and from what we hear, it's pretty good. You aren't renting the coffee shop, but for $693 a night, you are getting the top three floors. On the top floor, there is a large master bedroom with an absolutely massive bed.

Just look at this place. If you're looking to relax in style while playing the WSOP event, you can't go wrong with this gorgeous brick building.

Unique Loft

Price: $1849/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Bed type: Real Bed
Property type: Loft
Accommodates: 5

This is another gorgeous example of Berlin loft living. Unfortunately, the entire listing is in German, and I don't speak German. But one click on that link will give you a look at the pictures, and the pictures show all you need to know about this one.

Luxury Meets Style Villa

Price: $1155/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Property type: House
Accommodates: 8
Bedrooms: 5

Built in 1909, this villa is actually protected as an official German memorial! How cool is that? It has the royal building style from the early 20th century, but is chock full of modern amenities. Those amenities include (but are not limited to) a 55" television set, PS4, surround sound system and much more. There's a billiards room with a tournament-grade Brunswick table. Oh, and a giant dining room that seats 10 people - perfect for hosting after-hours get togethers during tournament down time.

Castle Belle Etage

Price: $2889/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Property type: Castle
Accommodates: 8
Bedrooms: 4

Now, look: this one is supposed to be rented for film and television purposes. It says so right there on the listing. But I mean, how cool would it be to rent and stay IN A CASTLE while playing in a great poker tournament? It would be awesome, is what it would be. Castle Kreuzberg was built in 1901 is used quite often for the aforementioned TV filming, but if you've got the money, you can stay there and feel like royalty.

Large Penthouse

Price: $693/night
Room type: Entire home/apt
Property type: Apartment
Accommodates: 4

This rental is a little more reasonably priced than the previous castle. But it's still nice, and you get a lot for your money, including two balconies: one that overlooks the courtyard and another that overlooks the surrounding neighborhood. But the downside here is that it's in a heavy residential area, and so you can't make loud noises after 10 p.m. or the locals will become very, very angry with you.

What do you think?
