Cash Plays: Tiny New GoPro, Canned Coffee and an awesome new version of Risk

Man, it's hot outside. Right? It's like 198 degrees here in Las Vegas, which makes me feel like it's better to just stay indoors.

But I know some of you enjoy being out in nature even when it feels like you're going to melt, so in today's Cash Play, we have a few things you can enjoy indoors and a few for the outdoor folks. But remember: if you're going to be outdoors, put on sunscreen. And bugspray, particularly if you live in Texas. My 4th of July was not kind to me.

Risk: Game of Thrones edition

Risk is a pretty fun board game, right? It has been around for over 50 years, but there's still something inherently awesome about pulling together a few of your friends, sidling up to a table and trying to conquer each other during an 8-hour long game session. Especially if the session involves drinking.

Well, Risk is getting even better with the release of the new Game of Thrones edition of the game. That's right: HBO and Hasbro have teamed up to make your game nights even more awesome. There are two custom maps featuring Westeros and Essos, along with over 650 game pieces that I will probably lose the instant I purchase the game. Because that's what happens with tiny game pieces: I lose them.

The game hits shelves in August and will cost $75.

Saent

Are you easily distracted? I sure am. I'll be pounding away on a story for my full time job, and suddenly I'll get a Facebook notification about a new BuzzFeed list that ranks famous dogs throughout history. An hour later, I'm still on BuzzFeed and haven't finished any work.

That's where the Saent comes in. It's a eye-catching Bluetooth button that sits next to your keyboard. When you want to focus on your work and not have the distractions that come along with social media, you simply press Saent, and bam: tons of unproductive websites are suddenly blocked. You won't be able to access them for a pre-determined period of time, allowing you to focus on getting meanginful things done.

Saent also comes with an app that tracks your productivities and allows you to compete with your friends to see who is the most productive. Because if there's one thing that boosts productivity, it's being more productive than your friends so you can rub their faces in it.

Hydro Hammock

This is a hammock that is also a hot tub. I shouldn't have to say more because IT IS A HAMMOCK THAT IS ALSO A HOT TUB. Hot tubs are awesome and so are hammocks. This is like a beautiful dream from the future and I want one right now.

Hotbox Roasters

Oscar Blues was the first major craft beer company to package their delicious beers in cans, and now they're taking the same approach to coffee with these 32-ounce crowlers of morning jumpstart goodness. There are three variations at the moment: Bolivia Newton John, Frank Sumatra and Kenya Dig it. I give them major points for those names, because they are great.

Boulevard Brewing Radler

Summer is hot, so you need a beer that is both refreshing and delicious. And no, I am not talking about Bud Light. Get out of here with that noise.

What you need is a six pack (or case) of Radler, the new summer seasonal from Kansas City-based Boulevard Brewing. The radler-style beer is very popular right now, and this one features lemon and ginger and tastes like magic on a hot day. It's slowly rolling out across the country right now, so keep an eye out.

GoPro Hero 4 Session Camera

GoPro's lightest, smallest camera yet is also one of its best. GoPro eliminated the rear LCD for this bad boy, and operating it requires just one button. It's waterproof down to 33 feet and records in 1080p, among other resolutions. Oh, and it's compatible with previous GoPro mounts, so you don't have to spend a lot of money outfitting a new rig if you decide to buy it.

What do you think?
